Carbone Lorraine Announces Acquisition of GE Power Fuse Business
The Group today announced the acquisition - through Ferraz Shawmut LLC, its US-based Electrical Protection division - of General Electric's Power Fuse operations from GE Consumer & Industrial business. The GE component, based in Vieques, Puerto Rico, will be combined with the existing Ferraz Shawmut medium voltage fuse business based in Newburyport, Mass. |
